Due to expectations of high demand for tickets for the 2006-07 Ashes series, Cricket Australia launched a new club - Australian Cricket Family - whose members were to receive priority for tickets among other benefits.

However, such was demand that tickets were sold out within hours, although the system operated by Cricket Australia came in for some hefty criticism.

At September 30, tickets for the first four days of all Tests with the exception of Melbourne had been sold out. Tickets for days three and four at the MCG were availble. For information click here.
